All three admin seats are functionally identical — there's no owner-only setting. Any of the three can update the theme, adjust upload limits, manage the guest list, or request an extension.

Invites go out by email from the Team tab in your dashboard. The person who registers fills the first seat, and can invite the other two whenever they're ready — no rush during setup.

Choose from over 100 preset themes or set your own palette, pick fonts for the couple's names and tagline, and set exactly how many photos and videos each guest can upload, plus a maximum video size in MB.

Every change previews instantly in your own dashboard before it's visible to a single guest — nothing goes live until you're ready.

Your gallery goes live for 15 days from the moment it's approved. When that window closes, new uploads stop — but a 15-day grace period follows where your shareable link still works for viewing and downloading everything. Nothing is deleted until day 30.

Need more time? Request extra days directly from your dashboard, priced per day, whenever you're ready — no need to plan it out in advance.
